Because of the nature of these products, and state laws, we are only allowed to accept returns if the item is unopened and unused.  We will accept returns for Exchange Only.   Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.   Skinplicity is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the post office.  Buyer pays return shipping cost.  Please contact us prior to returning an item.  Payment will be refunded by prior arrangement and only when package is returned and received undamaged.
